AFA has submitted commnets to the U.S. Department of Education on its proposed rule ot modernize accreditation (Docekt ED-2025-OPE-1042). AFA strongly supports the rule's focus on student outcomes, economic returns, and innovative, lower-cost models. THese make the case for apprenticeship degrees, in which apprentices earn a wage and a college degree at the same time.
